Takealot false advertising
Ordered pack of 4 Safy multi purpose foam cleaner for R299. It was ordered 26 June 2024 and the delivery date would have been delivered only 8th July 2024. Now today a few days before the delivery Takealot canceled order due to no stock. The same product is now advertised for R399, a R100 more.
I feel they need to honor the deal.

06 Jul 2024, 07:23It is the 6th July 2024 and still no reply, I am very disappointed. What happened to the customer service you use to offer. Your busines modis of operandi has changed significantly, you don't reply the same day, your deliveries dates has gone the drain. The fact that people' orders get canceled due to no stock and then only to have the same products available on your site for more expensive. Some how your business service and customer experience has gone down the drain. Well you have forced your customers to look at competitors, which gives our companies in SA a bad name and enrich foreign countries like China and the rest, who does not invest or buy from SA.
