Takealot False Advertising

I purchased a device for blackhead removal on takealot. This product left my skin bruised and in a worse off position. This item falsely advertised benefits that it does not provide. Takealot is refusing to give me a refund on this product and they are allowing this false advertising! What a waste of money! If you want something, rather purchase in store!
