Takealot false adverstising and playing price games! Very disappointing!

Bought an HP V197 18.5" LED LCD Monitor from Takealot this morning for R1170. just received notification from them that order has been cancelled as their supplier is out of stock. However, 5 minutes later the same item is back on their website but now for R1799 and in stock! Besides that being totally *********, I'm not even sure that is legal! Perhaps this can be resolved with the advertising regulatory board?
