Takealot falling apart ? or xmas **** to get more money?

My Lat 2 orders from Takealot was a complete shambles. 1st only half of a "package deal's" contents was delivered. 2nd only one item of an order was delivered today. After logging in I saw that the one item was cancelled - NOT BY ME! No communication was received in this regard. The consultant then told me it it was because of unavailability of stock - though as i was talking to her I received an email that the exact same item on my "wishlist" is available -BUT AT A NICELY INFLATED PRICE!! Furthermore I am told a refund can take anything from 5 days!!! They did not wait more that a few hours to receive my payment for this order as it was not paid via a credit card!
