Takealot **** Specials ****

30th of August 2022, you advertised the Goldair Gourmet 8 Litre Digital Air Fryer for R2195, which I ordered and paid for. The 2nd of September my order was cancelled due to supplier not having stock anymore. But on the same day, at the same moment my order was cancelled, the item was back in stock from the same supplier but at the normal price of R3499 I then decided not to go for the same item again as takealot is obviously busy with false advertising to get clients to buy, Takelot then cancels the order and the funds are then put as a credit on your takealot account so it is being spent, but on something takealot can actually supply at the price that they advertise for. I then ordered the Bennet Read 7.2L XX Large Digital Air Fryer for R3299 as it was a bit cheaper than the Goldair 8L and no ******** would be involved here. Upon collecting the Bennet Read order, I checked on my preferred item (Goldair 8L)... And please hear the sarcasm in my tone, as I was soooo surprised to see the Goldair back on the **** special, but now at an even better special to lure in even more victims.

So to prove this.... I returned the Bennet Read: Ordered and paid for the **** item again , and suprise surprise.... on the 15th of September I got the email that the supplier is no longer able to supply stock and order has been cancelled: But wait, there is more.... Same item still in stock, from the same supplier but at the normal price of R3499. And guess who is sitting with a now R5 328 credit on his Takealot account so that he must spend it with takealot rather than going through the shlep of getting the money returned to my bank account????? Is there anyone that even wants to bother defending this accusation of a **** so that I can have some more proof when now rather going through the shlep of the Ombudsman and expose TakeaLot?
