Takealot failure to deliver. Unacceptable Business Practices.

Takealot.com has rescheduled my delivery 7 times sinces I recieved the first communication. Every single day I recieve the same notification - "Hi, your order # will be delivered before 5:00PM on Fri 2 Dec" then followed by "Hi Francois, your order # will be delivered before 5:00PM on Sat 3 Dec". Every. Single. Day. WITH NO ARRIVAL. I make the effort to be home and no takelot delivery shows up? This has happend 7 days in a row.

And then Today was the final straw... the Takealot delivery truck arrives, rings my doorbel... and when I go to speak to the driver he says the package is not in his truck? ***? Honestly, what? How is this acceptable? Pathetic business practices. Still haven't recieved my order.

Looking forward to the launch of Amazon Prime in South Africa, based off of my experience Takealot doesn't stand a chance if they continue like this.
