Takealot failure honour the automatic warranty as required by the Consumer Protection Act

Don't count on Takealot to honour the automatic warranty - I received two conflicting assessments and when I asked for the matter to be escalated, they simply sent it back. There was clearly a problem with the quality of the goods and yet they were determined to blame the consumer Will not order anything from them again. Loot offer a far superior service.
