Takealot fails us yet again!

Order was delayed a week due to no stock, this was only done after payment was received. Then received notification via sms and email that my order was out for delivery on Friday 5 June, by 5pm. It is now the end of the day on 8 June and still no order has been delivered. No contact can be made via call center or responses to messages sent to them directly. This is horrible to spend thousands of Rands on one order for this to happen.
