Takealot fails to take responsibility for a refund query

One of my recent purchases on Takealot had a price reduction a couple of days later. After highlighting this to them and asking if I could get a refund for the difference in price, they redirected me to the supplier of the item I bought. I found this response a bit odd as Takealot is the store that I bought the item from, not the supplier.
