Takealot fails to deliver stated products and then ignores requests to follow up.

I placed an order for four items with Takelot. Order number ***. When the order arrived I received two boxes. Upon opening I discovered that only one of my four items ordered and paid for was in the box. In the other box was an apple 7 watch screen cover that I never orderd but was addressed and delivered to me. I queried this telephonically with Cloe on the 7th of October who followed up with a return phone call saying there had been an error and Takealot has been trying to trace the missing items. This is ref *** This was a week ago. I have folled up three times with CLOE and she does not return my emails any more. Brad has now asked for the tracking numbers and we are starting all over again. But why has CHLOE not responded and where are the items. And why do I have to explain the whold scenario again with all the tracking numbers. CHLOE was given all of these... Or did she simply never do anything about it in the first place. This is the last time I will order on Takealot. In fact a new delivery came today and I am going to return the order. I refuse to accept unaccountabilty and support poor business practise. This is simply not acceptable.
