Takealot fails to deliver but still charges for it

Takealot service is pathetic. I placed an order early this week and was told it will be received within 2-3 working days. I then received an email stating that my order was sent to the wrong facility and would be delayed by another 2-3 working days. I now received an email from Takealot stating that the order has been cancelled. They did not bother to state the reasons why and have not given me any options to communicate this issue further. They have refunded me for the value of the item but still charged me for the delivery that they failed to complete. Poor service and a rip-off.
