Takealot Fails in Support

My Order #***2 Shows that it has been delivered but i have not received the order. I opened a Ticket Request #***0 and they sent me a delivery note. with my surname spelt wrong, No ID, No Phone. It shows delivered on the website. I don't receive any sms, or communication from takealot. Sihle Pindani sent me the delivery note after that she closed the ticket, I didn't ask them for the delivery note i just want to know where it was delivered. The worst support ever.
