Takealot fails deliveries time and again

Takealot failed to deliver my order twice. First time the driver left my parcel at the street security who had no idea who I was. After long discussions with Takealot they eventually got their driver to deliver the parcel. The driver wanted to give me hell for not being available at 7:30 am when he was doing a delivery. Also Takealot clearly said they do deliveries between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The second time I did a same day order and 4:30 pm I get a message parcel could not be delivered due to recipient not being available to take delivery. I was home all day and did not receive their phone calls. I also did not receive an app notification to say the parcel was here. I also did not get a mail. No communication was made. So now I have to pay for same day delivery and possible never get my parcel. Seriously how is this company not violating all customer rights.
