Takealot fails again and again and again!

No progress, with refund, just a list of people saying it will be dealt with, I have been paid, not reflecting on any accounts, despite asking Takealot to send proof they fail to do so! Their reluctance to deal with this matter, will prevent me and my business from ever ordering from them again. In excess of R1000.00, if they do this on a regular basis, must help their cashflow no end. Despicable.
