Takealot fails AGAIN

Worst customer service out from Take a lot.Don't deliver on goods purchased. Items that are in stock they say are out of stock. Take forever to get back to you. Ordered a birthday present for someone. Waited a week for them (which was a day before delivery was due) for them to tell me out of stock, but on their website they have stock and you can still order it They could have told me when I ordered, even 2 days after I ordered, but they wait until the last moment. Used to be such a good company but now they are just another SA failure, no better than Makro #takealot
