Takealot fails again

Every time I order eBooks I cannot download them without issues. I bought 2 books yesterday and I am still waiting (today is Saturday-24 hours later). Nothing. Their Call Centre -no answer. At the same time I ordered 3 books from Amazon and they were sent within 20 minutes. WHY has Takealot not listened to all the complaints and addressed their failure to deliver? I will NEVER again buy from Takealot. Amazon is cheaper and highly efficient.
