TAKEALOT FAILING TO MEET MY NEEDS

I am so dissapointed in takealot. I placed an order for rubber sock shoes, only for them to not sit well on my baby's foot, heel kept on popping out. I returned them because it was still under 6 months warranty. Only for them to decline after evaluation. I called and emailed for re evaluation as their resean was because 30 days has passed and i took the shoes back to wonderboom junction few days after 30days but it was still under warranty. The process started again for evaluation for repair. Now i keep on getting calls for collection weherelse the shoes are with them. More then one driver called me for collection and i already took the shoes to a takealot point. Yesterday warehouse said they will sort this out as its a customre care issue and they should refund me. I WANT MY REFUND!!! m dissapointed in takealot
