Takealot failing to honour warranty

The bat I received was definitely not grade 1 willow, which is essential for a pro player bat. After only 5 or 6 uses, the handle broke when my son played a standard block shot. We took the time to oil and knock the bat properly before he even used it. We returned the bat, but Takealot claimed it was due to wear and tear, despite it being used just a few times. This is incredibly disappointing.
