Takealot FAILING to Deliver a proper Service

Poor Service. I live in Namibia and do almost all my shopping from Takealot, due to the fact that I live 800km from the nearest mall,with limited availability... When you ordered in the past, delivery took 3-5 days max. Now, everyday you recieve a delay email extending your delivery with 5 days. I mean, we are in the festive season, I cannot wait until 23 December to recieve a parcel that were ordered 03 December. And it's common items I ordered. It does't help you are consistent for only 9 months of the year. You are Failing Takealot. Poor service, poor communication via telecom. Best of all, when you recieve an update that your being refunded after waiting 15 days. I can take a bicycle and get the items quicker. What are the courier costs for ???? Fed Up for a ****ing non existing service
