Takealot failing to deliver

I ordered 5 items from Takealot on 1 January 2020. On 23 January they delivered 3 of them. When I queried this they stated that these 2 items are not available. These items are still listed on their site as available for delivery within 5 to 7 days. They will not give a proper answer and they will not tell me when I will be refunded.

Straight answers is all I ask for, not some BS.
