Takealot Failing this customer

I have bought 3 items from takealot this past week and a half the one item can't be delivered till the 16th of may after they said they had stock in of it, the second item would have been a micro sd card i got a empty box delivered to me after numerous phone calls from my side still waiting for a sd card or a refund no one is reaching out to me from their side, the 3rd item is being send back today as it broke seconds after removing it from packaging, what is happening to this company they use to be decent but at this point i might just rather move to amazon for better service and people who actually get back to you when you have a query.
