Takealot failing on customer service

For a company that is founded on service and delivery, Takealot can really work on there Delivery service. I placed an order on the same day with Clicks online as I did with Takealot, a few minutes apart, yet Clicks delivered my order in less then 36 hours. My more essential items I placed with Takealot, and it now has been over 6 days and they have changed the delivery date. Their online tracking gives very little information and getting through to customer service is impossible. I would rather spend a little more money on my orders but recieve better service and be better informed of the status of my delivery then use a service that is all glitter and show before you spend but after the transaction is processed they forget all about service. Being able to supply anything and everything is not as important as supplying what people are actually looking for, good quality service and the feeling like they matter.
