Takealot fail to refund or deliver correct items

Ordered a lot of gym equipment from Takealot. THEY incorrectly labeled and delivered the wrong item. Then came and picked up the incorrect item. No move has been made to refund me the R2200 I paid or to deliver the correct item. You cannot phone them and the staff that email you back are ***********.
