Takealot fail to refund a cancelled order prior to it being dispatched.

I needed to add an additional item to my purchase which I had already paid for. I contacted takealot immediately after making payment for my order and before the shipment could be processed for shipment. I was told that they would be able to assist me once the process had been started and they would then cancel my original order and credit me with the full purchase price including the delivery fee. I could then add the second item to my order to avoid unnecessary additional delivery fees. Sadly, after numerous calls to their call center I was promised that they were busy processing my full refund. However they never refunded my delivery fee as promised repeatedly. "Lip service" .
