Takealot fail

So a parcel arrived from Takealot. I ordered 2 different magnets one round and the other rectangular. On opening the package the rectangular magnets were there the circular ones did not exist only a sealed packet with a barcode stuck on it. On trying to contact takealot all I got was a recording saying our office hours are between 7 am and 6 pm. I called before 6 pm. How do they think people will just accept an empty packet as a product.
