Takealot

I returned a printer and was notified the electric cable ess missing. Although I know it was in the box. I received notification of the missing part on 16th Jan. Since then I have spoken with 7 agents. Only one has been helpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor. This hasn't happened. No customer satisfaction and I'm certain they are not bother in delivering that. I previously hadn't issues with Takelot but this episode has certainly soured things.
