Takealot

I have been with Takealot from 2010 yes my first purchase was a PC game called Mafia (I still have it, my first online purchase). I was so nervous with my card details I paid with cash deposit. At the time Takealot was called Take2. Been with them through their metamorphosis of rebranding, Kalahari acquisition and app introduction. I trusted Takealot so much I became somewhat of a brand ambassador. With my influence I can say with confidence I did introduce a lot of people into Takealot. And whenever someone has some challenges with checking out or something I'm still the got to guy. But recently I have been receiving calls from people who wanted help returning their products for refund. At first i thought this is just a once off but it this calls are becoming increasingly frequent. As a remedy I advised everyone to avoid products that say"fulfilled by Takealot" because this are products that seemed to be causing a lot of problems. And indeed they are, most of these products are not quality products. Takealot please review your sellers, ask for the origin of the product before you list it
