Bought a infrared thermometer, not working at all. Notified and requested a return. Return was scheduled for 18 june, up to today they have not collected the item, i have send e mails everyday. I have tried to contact telephonically but no answer. I tried to make contact on messenger also no response. Im very unhappy. In my mail i requested a refund, i don’t want a credit on my account but no one even responded to request my bank details.
