Takealot extremely bad service

Ordered paint and paint brushes on the 28th November with a delivery on the 05th Dec, as I needed to prepare for the arrival of my baby, 05th Dec came received no order contacted Takealot they said it would come on the 07th Dec, on the 07th only received paint brushes no paint it’s the 10th Dec and I’m still waiting on the paint and my baby arrival is next week. Asked them to cancel my order as I’m not receiving the paint they saying they can’t cancel what nonsense is this, I’m done with Takealot all they did was put me under stress fighting with everyday to get this paint. All the customer service agents sound like robots say the same thing all of them.
