Takealot EXPRESS SHIPPING not delivered!!!

Tell me why haven’t I received my parcel and yet I paid for express shipment. When I track my order it just says shipped and it’s been like that all day. I mean there is a reason why I paid R90. I’m so disappointed at your service. And the funny part is that when you click “chat with us”it just gives you some robot response.
