Takealot Express Delivery - actually depressed delivery

Takealot - are making no effort to get my product to me regardless of my same day order of delivery.

When I contact them and query all that they respond with is - We will escalate it up and get back to you.

How long is this going to take? Couple of weeks.

I'm not interested in excuses. I would just like my product delivered to me in the time they told me it would be delivered and what I payed for.

Hopefully this will get them moving
