Takealot experience lately its a nightmare ,3rd occurrence now ,I get wrong orders if not that the items ordered don't come as described. We order for gifts at times which are needed within the time frame and when we do returns they take time and that inconveniences a whole lot .. I love takealot no doubt but lately I am really disappointed with their service 😔
