Takealot experience

I had a terrible experience with Takealot and the retailer Sweet Candy World. I ordered five items, non of them was delivered after an unreasonably long wait the last item was cancelled after a delivery message was sent . The first four were unexpectedly cancelled despite being in stock when I placed my order.

Takealot's customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic when I complained about the situation. I am extremely disappointed with both Takealot and Sweet Candy World.
