TakeALot ever-so-helpful
I, yes me, mistakenly ordered the incorrect parcel from one of [URL Removed] and instead of charging me again for replacing the item, they did it for free (even collected it at no extra charge to me). I know this is a ***** up that would generally mean me forking out more money since the mistake was my fault, but [URL Removed] made it so easy and seamless for me. I just got my correct purchase this morning and I am very happy. 10/10 for service. I'm never disappointed with them<br> <br> L
