Takealot essentials

I ordered puppy training pads from takealot before 26 March as it is an essential pet item. My order will only be delivered after the lockdown. How is it possible that puppy training pads are not regarded as essential BUT items like dog treats and terrariums for spiders are on their “new” essential list?????
