Takealot Erin S and Ayesha are ****s

Takealot with their excuses....I placed an order for 2 items of a powerup speaker which was on sale for R99 from R599, when my order was delivered the parcel only contained 1 item instead of 2. I then spoke to a manager on duty that day Erin S and Ayesha a consultant, emailed sent photos and was thereafter informed it was a warehouse packing error and that my item will be delivered on another delivery....then later I was informed sorry item is not available on our website anymore therefore we cannot send the missing item....I then said I dont want a refund as I want the item to be replaced when its in stock again, of which Erin S informed this might take up to 2 weeks and I said its fine since I want the item as per my order. Then I was advised to add the item to my wishlist so that I can be notified when item becomes available again of whic I tried but because this item has been removed from the Takealot website, I cannot add it to my wishlist, so I then sent an email for them to assist me in getting the item to my wishlist of which I was informed my query was sent the the relevant department to assist and they will get back to me....days goes by no reply / feedback from them....i start sening daily emails with no replies. This morning I called to speak to someone to complain re the above and I just get an email stating because the item is not on our website we cannot assist you in getting it on your wishlist. I feel betrayed, **** to and was made empty promises. Why advertise an item, accept my money and only deliver 1 item. Takealots manger Erin S and consultant Ayesha are all ****S
