TAKEALOT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Everytime lately when I order and get the wrong stuff. They take long to send money back and for pricey goods this is so unfair. What it means is they now use our money to run their business. We lose and even if they send wrong stuff, they would have made money on overnight investments. Isn't this some form of *****ing. Why take my money when product is not in stock or not available? Why take my money, send wrong product then I lodge return and it waits to be approved etc, in the meantime Takealot is holding my payment. They need to be made accountable and penalised for sending wrong stuff or selling products out of stock..
