Takealot Endangering Women - Femicide

Absolutely poor service from Takealot! My package was supposed to be delivered between 9am - 2pm yesterday, I waited for the package all day. I then received a message at 7:45pm that my package had arrived. The blatant assumption that people do not have other commitments is just rude. In addition, in this rampant time of femicide and **** to be expected to meet a strange man in the middle of the night is downright inconsiderate and cruel. They then told me my package would be here before 5pm today, I even called the call centre to make sure and they promised me it'd be here before 1pm. I've just called again, and I've been told it will arrive after 5pm, and no one bothered to call to inform me that this had changed. Again, I am likely expected to meet a strange man at my gate in the middle of the night, in this rampant time of femicide, it is frightening that Takealot is so blind to the plight of women in this country. I am so upset.
