Takealot Endangering Drivers&customers because of system

The pick up point staff and I'm sure depot staff too can see on the system the contents of the parcels. The staff at the pick up point read my order out loud from the screen...thats how I know. It is also not nice to know that your staff know what we collect, it puts us, your customers in danger too.

Please change the system, Takealot are endangering the lives of drivers due to tip offs by staff and you are delaying our parcels...not to mention your own replacement costs.
