Takealot = Empty promises = No empathy

I ordered 20 boxes of 4th Street 5l boxed wine on 20 May 2023. I was under the impression they charged me R129 per box but on my calculation on the day of delivery I noticed they charged R129 for the first 4 boxes and then R169 for the 16 boxes which was a difference of R640. I spent over R1000 on calls and my time since they delivered the boxes When I wanted to refuse delivery the driver said I must take it up with Takealot once I had signed for the delivery my nightmare got worse cause now they said they dont do return on wine I asked them for a refund of the R640 but I lost a R1000 on top of that trying to sort it out. I just feel that they trapped me and the manager that was supposed to contact me never did. Takealot cares about money and not their clients. Prove me wrong Takealot even if you give me a R640 voucher I will spend it back at you.
