Takealot empty promises

I bought a bed at takealot and it was delivered on the 17th of December I opened it after the holidays and realized this’s not what I want and decided to log a return on the 10th of January,Got the sms saying the bed will be collected on the 13th of January on that day nobody came to collect and decided to log in and track the status and found that the return is been canceled without the reason.

I called takealot and logged another return and the sms again said it will be collected on the 15th,nobody showed up to collect the bed.Im still stuck with the bed here and they told me the bed will be collected yesterday(17th of January) even the skynet couriers called me confirming my home address but they didn’t come.I spent the whole week in the house not going anywhere waiting for them but I’m not taken serious and I have been a loyal takealot customer since 2016.I have sent countless emails and they all promise me something that is not happening.
