Takealot employees using customers credit

I returned a package to takealot, received a credit to my account instead of a refund to the card I used. Lo and behold less than a day later "somebody" used the credit on my account to purchase something and get it delivered to themselves in johannesburg (I'm in pretoria). I have never seen that name or address in my life. Definitely an inside job at takealot. and a quick search on twitter showed me i'm not the only one this has happened to. Takealot will not refund me and instead sent me some bs email about resetting my password. No thanks, I deleted the account altogether today. I've had a takealot account for years but I will never purchase so much as a pencil from there ever again.
