Takealot employees are unprofessional and rude

Takealot staff are unprofessional and not trained to deal with customers. I was badly treated by their delivery driver and i escalated the incident. I have been asked to write the incident report three times but I was not assisted, I sent the report on the 25/09/2025 and on 02/10/2025 and again on the 03/02025. It’s just a mess and irritating to be asked the same thing and not even get assisted 😡.
