Takealot Email Address Issue

I ordered Tommee Tippee bottles and I received what looked like a knock off. I logged a return and they fetched it and said there are products missing then the return was “concluded” and an email was sent but it was sent to an email address that is old and not in use anymore because Takealot refuses to change the email address to the current one.I have sent requests to the help centre but I still can’t find any help and I can’t find numbers to call and solve the problem.
