In December 2018, I ordered a shoe drawer with a mirror. The mirror was apparently shattered and the wood bent by delivering personnel. Upon inspection I wanted replacement from the business via Take-alot website. But the communication from the business was slow. I decided to to change my request for replacement to refund. It didn't take a day for Take-alot to refund me
