I received this 27 July, I paid extra so my order can be delivered the following day.

I order a TV box and when I received it, it was fault I fones and was advised to to it to Fordsburg for exchange. I dropped the the TV box within 7 days as I was advised.

Ever since then I have followed up and still have not received any proper feed back. I foned 3 times and was advised there is something wrong with Fordsburg depot as they don't scan things back in. Which I gave me hope that they will fix my problem.

I paid extra as I really needed it as soon as possible, funny enough in on a second month without the TV box I so much needed.

All I need is a working TV box. If not can you gladly refund me so I can go buy it some where else?
