Takealot *****ed me

I ordered battery powered bulbs from takealot in June 2021 still not resolved.

I ordered 2 bulk pack x 3 Eurolux battery globe but I only received globes. The description of what I ordered vs what I got is totally incorrect.

escalation after escalation no resolution, even tried to get a r u funded for the goods bit still nothing. 5 people later and then silence. Takealot *****ed me for few hundred bucks. SIES
