Takealot eBooks are TERRIBLE!!!

Takealot eBooks are TERRIBLE!!! I ordered and paid for a travel guide on Takealot in eBook format. You would think that it is a straightforward electronic transaction. You order, pay, it gets verified and you get your active download. No. It has now been two days and I have still not received my digital download. If I had ordered the hard-copy it would have been here by now. Had to download the eReader App for Takealot and the alarm bells should have started to ring right there. There is not a single review of more than one star on the App Store. EVERYBODY complains and have for a number of years. Takealot does not seem to think it important. They cannot comprehend that people often buy eBooks because they cannot wait for the physical delivery and the electronic version is supposed to be instantaneous. Well, it is not. Wake up Takelot.com! I will not be buying from you again if this is your attitude. I tried the online help (since they refuse to give you an email address) and after writing down this whole saga and submitting it the webpage claimed to have "lost" my submission. Very nice!
