Takealot Ebooks are a ****

I'm currently a Law student and due to the pandemic back in 2020, I purchased a number of Law ebooks from Takealot. Two weeks ago, I updated my computer and noticed that all the ebooks I purchased from Takeolot were no longer under in my Adobe Digital Editor App Library.

Since I needed these ebooks again for this academic semester, I tried to download the books from my Takealot Digital Library Account but the following massage kept popping up from the app -:[Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN], then this was followed by an Unavailable to download status under the Digital Library.

After which then I attempted to resolve the issue myself by searching for a solution to this error, but to my surprise Takealot left the following massage -: [Starting 10 June 2021 we will no longer sell eBooks on Takealot. You will still be able to download your eReader up to 11 October 2021]. Moreover, the numerous complains from a number of consumers regarding this issue, which Takealot seemed not have resolved or provide answers.

Early this week (08 Feb 2022), I called their callcentre twice but I'm yet to be provided with answers or feedback in this regard.

These ebooks were really expensive and as student i cannot afford to buy the some books twice. Takealot has really ****med me as there was no caution provided regarding their ebooks in their website.

I really need answered or these books be sent to me via a print format.
