Takealot eBook woes.

I have lots of good experience with takealot (like 5 stars), but not with their ebooks. I have over the years bought some 3 ebooks from them and cannot access a single oneof them. On the Takealot iOS eReader it lists the books. The two newer ones with download buttons next to them. But when I download it reports “The token is not available”. The older 2012 book is listed, but is greyed out.

What bothers me even more is that there is no easy way of getting help on this from Takealot. All this had the effect over the years that I buy virtually all my books from Amazon. They are much more responsive and the Kindle reading system works flawlessly.
